介绍了抽油杆检测台液压系统的组成及自动控制流程。针对调试过程中出现的顶弯抽油杆、划伤抽油杆挡肩与压力继电器误动作等问题,提出了改进方法。在主油缸的无杆腔进出油路上并联一个电磁溢流阀,可实现卸压缓冲,解决顶杆问题;在主油缸两腔之间加装一常断式二位二通电磁阀,可实现差动缓冲,解决划伤抽油杆挡肩问题;在压力继电器的控制油路上加装螺旋阻尼器,可防止压力继电器误动作。
