(一)引言 在连续波大功率环杆型行波管的研制工作中,要解决的最关键问题是提高环杆慢波线的散热性能。解决的办法是改善铜环杆与氧化铍夹持杆之间,夹持杆与管壳之间的热接触,以提高热传导能力,尽可能地把产生的热量传出管外。在国外,焊接慢波线的工艺多半采用镀膜金属化法或钼铜扩散法。我们采用的则是活性焊接法。我们用这种方法焊接的环杆慢波组件在行波管中应用得到了比较好的效果。
(A) Introduction In the development of continuous wave high power toroidal traveling wave tube, the most critical problem to be solved is to improve the heat dissipation performance of the toroidal slow wave line.
