邮电部激光通信研究所139.264 Mb/s光端机系统的研制工作,在原有试验系统的基础上,最近取得进展。目前该系统采用0.85μm短波长DH—LD作光源,用台面型Si—APD(均武汉邮电研究院器件所提供)作光检测器,线路码型为5 BIC。至此,系统主干功能已基本完善。连通距离已达9.1公里,误码率低于10~(-θ),试验系统运行稳定。 . 系统主要技术指标:
The development of the 139.264 Mb / s optical transceiver system at the Institute of Laser Communications of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications has made progress recently on the basis of the original test system.
