用PCR-RFLP技术,检测了30例2型糖尿病(T2DM)、40例T2DM合并肾病以及50例正常人的ACE及AGT基因型。结论(1)我区T2DM患者,D等位基因可能是DN的易感等位基因,DD基因型可能是DN的易感基因型。(2)我区汉族人存在AGT基因第2外显子T174M多态,但不是T2DM患者发生DN的易感基因。(3)在我区汉族人群中,ACE基因I/D多态位点与T2DM合并的肾病发生相关联。
PCR-RFLP technique was used to detect ACE and AGT genotypes in 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), 40 T2DM patients with nephropathy and 50 normal controls. Conclusions (1) In T2DM patients in our district, the D allele may be the predisposing allele of DN, and the DD genotype may be the susceptible genotype of DN. (2) There is a T174M polymorphism of exon 2 of AGT gene in our Han nationality, but it is not a susceptible gene of DN in T2DM patients. (3) In the Han nationality in our district, ACE gene I / D polymorphism was associated with the occurrence of T2DM-associated nephropathy.
