将60例全部在饮食、运动治疗基础上的T2DM患者随机分为甘舒霖30R和诺和灵30R组,每日2次12周。结果:甘舒霖30R能有效控制FPG、h2PG(P<0.05)及HbA1c(P<0.05),与诺和灵30R相比,在控制FPG、h2PG、HbA1c及血糖达标所需时间及胰岛素总量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:国产人胰岛素甘舒霖30R治疗糖尿病有效,是国人经济的选择。
Sixty T2DM patients based on diet and exercise therapy were randomly divided into Gansuolin 30R and Novolin 30R groups, twice a day for 12 weeks. Results: Ganshu Lin 30R could effectively control FPG, h2PG (P <0.05) and HbA1c (P <0.05). Compared with Norrenol 30R, Gansulin 30R had no significant effect on the time and total amount of insulin in controlling FPG, h2PG, HbA1c and blood glucose Difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Domestic human insulin Gan Shu-lin 30R treatment of diabetes is effective, is the economy of choice.
