患者女,60岁.人院前6个月无明显诱因出现中上腹胀痛不适,无背部放射痛,无进食后加剧,无嗳气、泛酸,无空腹痛,无呕血、黑便.后发作频繁,症状加剧,人院治疗.自起病以来,食欲下降,体重减轻1kg.胃镜示十二指肠降部黏膜隆起性病变,CT检查示十二指肠降部占位(图1),间质瘤可能,腺癌或神经内分泌肿瘤待排.入院行十二指肠降部肿块切除.该患者术后随访43个月,无复发及淋巴结转移.
