埃及血吸虫尾蚴从中间宿主螺蛳体内逸出的时间主要在白天,但可受光照的影响。据报导即使突然出现短至5秒钟的黑暗,也能立即激发埃及血吸虫尾蚴的逸出,但对曼氏血吸虫尾蚴不产生影响。有关尾蚴污染自然水体的报告不多见。作者特在现场天然水中,利用遮光的方法观察光照的变化对尾蚴逸出的影响。观察地点位于肯尼亚Kwale地区的Kinango水坝。该坝面积为2500m~2,未见坝水流动,水中孳生有传播埃及血吸虫病的
The timing of escape of Schistosoma mansoni from the intermediate host snail mainly during the day but may be affected by light. It was reported that even a sudden appearance of darkness as short as 5 seconds could immediately stimulate the escape of cercariae of S. japonicum but did not affect S. mansoni cercariae.
