本文应用36条土杂狗自体动脉血10ml,在体外2小时后制成2×2×10mm血凝块,用Seldinger’s方法经皮穿刺股动脉将6.5F端孔多用途导管插入颈内动脉。将已置备血栓凝血块注入脑动脉,在证实已形成脑动脉栓塞后30’、1~7小时经导管分别注入Svate;0.05u/kg或尿激酶0.4万 ̄u/kg,作脑血管造影观察溶栓效果。结果证实Svate-Ⅲ能使血栓栓塞后6小时内脑动脉内血栓栓子溶解,尿激酶则为5小时内可使脑动脉内栓子溶解。对两药治疗脑动脉栓塞疗效及机理作了探讨和比较。
