中国设备管理协会于1995年11月6～13日在西北工业大学内召开了“现代企业制度中的设备管理研讨会”.研讨会是在贯彻党的十四届五中全会精神,配合国有企业改革,适应建立现代企业制度要求的新形势下召开的.中国设备管理协会会长马仪、副会长兼秘书长郑庆甦出席开幕式并作了重要讲话.马仪在谈了当前国际、国内形势后指出,设备管理有大量工作要做,设备管理现代化大有希望.中央提出要下大力量转变
The China Association for Equipment Management organized the “Conference on Equipment Management in the Modern Enterprise System” at Northwestern Polytechnical University from November 6 to 13, 1995. The seminar was conducted in the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and cooperated with state-owned enterprises. China’s Equipment Management Association’s president Ma Yi, Vice President and Secretary-General Zheng Qingsu attended the opening ceremony and made an important speech in the new situation of reform and adaptation to establish a modern enterprise system. Ma Yi talked about the current international and domestic situation. Later pointed out that there is a lot of work to be done in equipment management, and there is great hope for the modernization of equipment management.
