目的了解儿科门诊就诊患儿的咳嗽礼节。方法以问卷调查的方式调查某三甲医院儿科门诊患儿及家属对咳嗽礼节的知晓度。结果患儿及家长对咳嗽礼节掌握不足;对于常见疾病传播方式知晓率低;关于咳嗽礼节的健康宣教不足。结论多途径加强对咳嗽礼节的健康宣教,提高群众对咳嗽礼节的掌握度,减少疾病传播途径。
Objective To understand the cough etiquette in pediatric outpatients. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate awareness of cough etiquette among children and their families in pediatric outpatient department in a top three hospital. Results Children and parents had inadequate knowledge of cough etiquette, low awareness rate of common diseases and poor health education on cough etiquette. Conclusion Many ways to strengthen the health education of cough etiquette, improve people’s mastery of cough etiquette, reduce the spread of disease.
