一、“谷物联合收割机径向进气风扇研究”课题是机械工业部1983年下达我院的,由农机研究室朱永宁副教授负责。课题组通过对径向进气风扇的理论分析和大量的实验研究,掌握了这种风扇的性能规律和基本的结构参数;获得了单调下降性能曲线的径向进气风扇模型和设计方法;应用机械相似设计方法设计和制造了适合联合收割机喂入量为5~6公斤/秒、含杂率30%物料的径向进气风扇,在清选试验台上与传统的离心风扇作了对比试验,取得了良好的清选效果。最近,由河南省教委主持了鉴定。鉴定委员会认为:该项研究完成了既定任务,在单风道径向进气风扇研究方面,达到国内先进水平;在径向进气风扇与联合收割机清
