这次会议,吴之乃、何星华同志的讲话很重要,大家表示要认真落到实处。会议还交流了一些地区和单位在工程质量检测工作方面的经验,并对建设部“关于加强工程质量检测工作规定(讨论稿)”进行了讨论,提出了一些很好的建设性意见。这次会议时间虽然只有三天,但大家反映会议的召开非常重要,效果也是好的,达到了预期目的。 工程质量检测工作面临的任务很艰巨。一是近几年工程建设规模发展很快,而工程质量存在的问题却很多。二是工程所用的材料、构件、设备的质量,有不少是不能保证质量的,还有不少假冒伪劣的材料、构件、设备充斥市场。三是近几年我国建筑技术发展很快,一些新材料、新技术、新结构、新工艺在广泛使用,规范和检测方法及检测手段
