Testing the thermal stability of nanocrystalline SnO2 and ZnO materials is very important for improving the reliability of gas sensors. In this paper, the low-temperature heat capacity and thermal stability of nanocrystalline SnO2 and ZnO were measured in the temperature range of 80 ~ 370K and 2 98 ~ 1773K, respectively. The thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to pretreat the low temperature calorific value, and the thermal stability of the nanocrystal was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)
