分析了任楼矿Ⅱ1采区火区特点与治理难点,采用收缩排除法对任楼矿Ⅱ1采区自然发火区域进行快速定位,确定8217运煤斜巷附近的煤柱为自燃发火危险区域。结合任楼矿Ⅱ1采区实际条件,提出“点、线治理”与“面式预防”相结合的治理思路,分“灭”、“控”、“防”3个治理阶段对危险区域进行治理,并形成了一套以“定点灌浆技术”和“封堵围岩裂隙技术”为基础,结合“膜式”全覆盖封堵技术封闭火区防复燃的新型防灭火技术体系,并成功治理了任楼矿Ⅱ1采区火灾,为相似采空区火灾治理提供了经验。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of fire zone and the difficulties in its management in Ⅱ1 mining area of Renlou Mine. The shrinkage exclusion method is used to locate the spontaneous combustion area in Ⅱ1 mining area of Renlou Mine rapidly. It is determined that the coal pillar in the vicinity of 8217 coal mining inclined roadway is the danger area of spontaneous combustion.
