社会主义道德规范与现行政策同是调整人们之间相互关系的行为准则和社会规范。这两方面规范的目标要求总的说是一致的,但也存在一定的“落差”,即在具体的内容要求、发展变化、作用范围等方面存在的差异性和联系性。较长时间以来,由于我们对这个“落差”及其影响研究不够,给我们思想政治工作在提倡先进道德和执行现行政策问题上造成了种种困惑。总结历史经验教训,认真地研究和把握这个“落差”,寻求道德建设与现行政策的具体的、历史的统一,无论在理论上还是实践上都有重要的意义。道德规范与现行政策的关系实
Socialist ethics and current policies are both a code of conduct and social norms that regulate the interrelationships among people. The two objectives of the standard requirements are generally the same, but there are also some “gap”, that is, the specific content requirements, development changes, the scope of the role of the existence of differences and contact. For a long time, because we have not done enough research on this “drop gap” and its impact, it has caused all sorts of confusion in our ideological and political work in advocating advanced morality and implementing existing policies.
