1930年美国妇科医生Kurzrok ＆Lieb发现人精液可使离体人子宫肌松弛或收缩。1933～1935年Von Euler认为此物质存在于前列腺的酸性醋类提取物中而命名为“前列腺素”。1962年Bergst-rom＆Jan Sjovall从精囊提取物中分离出至少5种前列腺素并确定其化学结构。1975年阐明血栓索A_2(TXA_2)的化学结构,1976年发现前列环素(PGI_2)。
1930 American gynecologist Kurzrok & Lieb found that human sperm can relax or contract the isolated human uterine muscle. 1933 ~ 1935 Von Euler think this material is present in the prostate acidic vinegar extract called “prostaglandin.” In 1962 Bergst-rom & Jan Sjovall isolated at least 5 prostaglandins from the seminal vesicle extract and determined its chemical structure. 1975 elucidated the chemical structure of thrombus A_2 (TXA_2), and in 1976 found that prostacyclin (PGI_2).
