很多药品的水溶液易于分解,不能制备成稳定的安瓿,故这类药品只能在干燥粉末狀态下进行剂量的划分(分裝)。有时遇到毒性强的药品,則困难較多。我們試圖拟訂一种在試驗室和生产上应用的微量分裝方法,即將药品溶于有机溶剂中,然后测定溶液的容量,再蒸發有机溶剂。我們用于溶解药品的有机溶剂是氯仿,它应当是干燥純淨的;进行微量分裝的药品不应含水分。我們进行了許多次药品在氯仿中溶解度的試驗和氯仿溶液濃度的試驗,結果表明:配制准确度大的微量最好用1—3%药品稀釋溶液(檢体10毫克),而5毫克檢体,則用1—2%溶液。
Many pharmaceuticals are easily decomposed in aqueous solutions and can not be made into stable ampoules. Therefore, the dosage of these medicines can only be divided into dry powders (aliquots). Sometimes it is more difficult to encounter toxic drugs. We tried to devise a micro-dispensing method for laboratory and production applications by dissolving the drug in an organic solvent, measuring the volume of the solution and then evaporating the organic solvent. The organic solvent we use to dissolve the drug is chloroform. It should be dry and pure; medicines that are dispensed in microdials should not contain moisture. We conducted many tests for the solubility of the drug in chloroform and the chloroform solution concentration. The results show that it is better to prepare the 1-3% dilution of the drug (10 mg) , Use 1-2% solution.
