本文研究长效口服避孕药复方炔雌醚(内含炔雌醚3.3毫克和氯地孕酮15毫克)对妇女外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)率的影响。结果,服药妇女每个细胞SCE率平均值为3.55±0.41(S.E),和正常妇女的3.22±0.41(S.E)比较,两者差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。表明复方炔雌醚不具有明显的DNA 初级损伤效应。
This article studies the effect of the long-acting oral contraceptive compound ethinyl estradiol (containing ethinyl estradiol 3.3 mg and chlormadinone 15 mg) on the sister chromatid exchange (SCE) rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in women. The results showed that the average SCE rate per cell of the treated women was 3.55 ± 0.41 (S.E.), compared with that of the normal women (3.22 ± 0.41) (S.E.), the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The results showed that compound ethynylestradiol did not have obvious DNA primary damage effect.
