危机之后世界贸易向基本面回归是必然的。世界贸易作为世界经济的发动机作用不会改变,世界贸易的长期趋势在以下八个方面不会发生根本改变:一是部门内和产品内贸易成为国际贸易的主导不会改变。二是跨国投资与贸易融合互动的趋势不会改变。三是跨国公司的公司内贸易主导地位不会改变。四是全球贸易投资自由化便利化潮流不会根本改变。五是区域经济一体化推动区域内贸易发展的趋势不会改变。六是服务全球化推动服务贸易和外包加快发展的趋势不会改变。七是科技全球化推动技术贸易和跨国转移的趋势不会改变。八是全球整体产业链的分工、合作与贸易体系不会改变。
The return of world trade to fundamentals after the crisis is inevitable. The role of world trade as the engine of the world economy will not change. The long-term trend of world trade will not fundamentally change in the following eight aspects: First, there will be no change in the domination of intra-trade and intra-product trade as an international trade. Second, the trend of cross-border investment and trade integration and interaction will not change. Third, the dominant position of transnational corporations in intra-firm trade will not change. Fourthly, the trend of liberalization and facilitation of global trade and investment will not be fundamentally changed. Fifth, the trend of regional economic integration in promoting intra-regional trade development will not change. Sixth, the trend of service globalization to promote service trade and outsourcing to accelerate development will not change. Seventh, the trend of technological globalization and technology transfer and transnational transfer will not change. Eighth, the global division of labor in the overall industrial chain, cooperation and trade system will not change.
