本文分析了平阳霉素诱发的鼻咽癌患者外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率、断裂点的分布规律,并讨论其与EB病毒整合、原癌基因及脆性部位的关系。结果表明,鼻咽癌患者染色体畸变率明显高于对照。断裂点在1号染色体上的分布显著高于对照及预期值。断裂点与原癌基因及脆性位点的一致率显著高于对照。在鼻咽癌组所有断裂点中,1P~(32)和3P~(25)是二个高敏感点。由此看出,患者染色体诱发断裂点是非随机分布的,并优先发生在原癌基因和脆性位点
In this paper, we analyzed the distribution of chromosome aberrations and breakpoints of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma induced by pingyangmycin, and discussed their relationship with Epstein-Barr virus integration, proto-oncogene and brittle parts. The results show that the rate of chromosome aberration in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the control. The distribution of the breakpoint on chromosome 1 was significantly higher than the control and the expected value. The concordance rate between the breakpoint and oncogene and the fragile sites was significantly higher than that of the control. Among all the rupture points in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group, 1P ~ (32) and 3P ~ (25) are two highly sensitive sites. This shows that patients with chromosomally induced breakpoints are non-random distribution, and preferentially occurred in the protooncogene and the brittle site
