新近的研究表明,高血压的早期即出现左心舒张功能的异常,且随着心室损害的加重舒张功能不全加重.本文应用二维超声心动图对53例高血压患者和31例健康人进行左心功能的测定,旨在探讨高血压左心结构的改变与左心功能的变化.
