《实施细则》于1988年试行。1990年正式使用今已7年。该《细则》的实施,有力地推动了省工程质量的稳步提高,符合我省的实际情况,为监督工作发展起到了指导作用。但是随着形势的发展,新材料、新工艺的不断发展,以及我省建设工程质量的不断提高,《细则》的一些内容已不能完全满足监督工作的需要。根据实际工作,我就《细则》的部分内容,谈谈自己的意见,以供商榷。
The “Implementing Rules” was tried out in 1988. It has been officially used for the past seven years in 1990. The implementation of the “Rules” has effectively promoted the steady improvement of the quality of the province’s projects, conformed to the actual situation in the province, and played a guiding role in supervising the development of the work. However, with the development of the situation, the continuous development of new materials and new processes, and the continuous improvement of the quality of construction projects in our province, some of the “Rules” cannot fully meet the needs of supervision work. According to the actual work, I will talk about my own opinions on part of the “Detailed Rules” for consideration.
