目的研究消毒实验室质量控制方法和结果判断。方法分为外部质量控制和采用统计技术的内部质量控制。外部质量控制主要是通过实验室间比对、能力验证、测量审核;内部质量控制主要是与检测工作同步进行质量控制测量。结果依据使用的质量控制方法不同,结果判断亦不同,采用量值比对方法时,实验室校准结果满意,实验室校准结果不满意;采用检测比对方法时,实验室检测结果满意,实验室检测结果可疑,实验室检测结果不满意;进行盲样检测时,实验室校准结果满意,实验室校准结果不满意。结论通过结果判断,检测结果不满意或可疑时,需查找出原因并立即采取相应的纠正措施,最后得出满意的检测结果。
Objective To study the methods and results of quality control in disinfection laboratories. Methods are divided into external quality control and internal quality control using statistical techniques. External quality control is mainly through laboratory comparison, capacity verification, measurement audit; internal quality control is mainly synchronized with the detection of quality control measurements. Results According to the quality control methods used, the results were also different. When using the method of value comparison, the results of laboratory calibration were satisfactory and the results of laboratory calibration were unsatisfactory. When the method of detection and comparison was used, the results of laboratory tests were satisfactory. The laboratory Test results were suspicious, the results of laboratory tests are not satisfied; blind-like test, the results of laboratory calibration satisfactory, laboratory calibration results are not satisfied. Conclusion Judged by the results, if the test result is not satisfied or suspicious, it is necessary to find out the cause and immediately take the appropriate corrective measures, and finally get satisfactory test results.
