革命纪念馆在现阶段不仅存在文物鉴定人才缺位问题,而且存在文物鉴定人才的鉴定技术水平和能力不高现象。导致存在这种状况的原因有:一是历史原因导致被忽视,二是培养周期长和难度大,三是缺乏与市场及时交流,四是“学术专家”充当“鉴定专家”。寻求解决的措施有:一是成立革命纪念馆文物鉴定委员会,以此来带动和促进文物鉴定人才的培养;二是实施开展馆藏革命文物的定级工作,以此来锻炼和提高文物鉴定人才的能力和水平;三是加强组织开展有关革命文物鉴赏交流和学术研讨活动,以此来促进和形成整个革命纪念馆行业文物鉴定人才的学习和研究氛围。
