为了解青少年舞蹈学员目前的营养状况,为膳食改进和合理的配餐制提供科学依据,作者对广西艺术学院舞蹈班40名学员进行了营养调查。结果表明,学员热能摄入量不足,热能供给中脂肪供能偏高,蛋白质摄入量尚未达到要求,血红蛋白与血清总蛋白测定也提示一部分学员体内蛋白质水平较低,维生素A、B_2摄入严重不足。
In order to understand the current nutritional status of young dancers and provide a scientific basis for dietary improvement and rationing, the author conducted a nutrition survey of 40 trainees in the Guangxi Academy of Arts dance class. The results showed that the caloric intake of calorifics was not enough, the fat supply in the heat supply was high, and the protein intake did not meet the requirements. The determination of hemoglobin and serum total protein also indicated that some students had low protein levels and serious ingestion of vitamin A and B 2 insufficient.
