当前世界经济复苏基础仍然脆弱,新兴经济体普遍承受通胀压力,我国政府有效地管理通胀预期,不断增进广大人民群众的福利。温家宝总理于2011年6月23日在英国金融时报上发表署名文章,指出,“中国已将限制价格上涨作为宏观经济调控的首要任务,并推出了一套有针对性的政策。这些政策已经奏效。总体价格水平目前处在一个可控的区间,而且预计将稳步下降。”总理强调,“今年价格上涨将得到有力的控制,我们有这个信心。”
