本文通过对《保险学基础》这门课程的学科特点以及授课对象进行分析,分别从这门课程中的现状、教学中存在的问题以及这门课程改革的相关内容进行了探讨分析,并在此基础上提出了一些有效的改革建议。在改革的过程中必须加强对高职学生的综合素质以及职业能力等方面的培养,形成一种新型的适合学生学习的教学模式,充分调动学生的学习积极性,这样才能更好地促使学生不断去努力学习这门课程,并不断提高自身的职业能力。
