本文阐述了单波长脉冲激光全息干涉法诊断电弧等离子体的原理及实验装置,提出了全息干涉图的解调方法,对自由燃烧氩弧进行了诊断,对诊断结果进行了误差分析和验证。结果表明,提供的诊断术和解调法是正确可靠的、行之有效的。本方法具有很大的应用潜力,特别有利于电弧等离子体动态过程和非常压电弧的研究。
In this paper, the principle and experimental device of single wavelength pulsed laser holographic interferometry for diagnosis of arc plasma are described. The demodulation method of holographic interferogram is proposed, the free combustion argon arc is diagnosed, and the diagnostic results are analyzed and verified. The results show that the diagnostic and demodulation methods provided are correct and valid. The method has great potential for application and is particularly beneficial to the research of the dynamic process of arc plasma and the non-arcing arc.
