本文依据热力学模拟试验及研究的变形、传热、微观组织相耦合的刚粘塑性二维有限元程序和微观模拟原理,对护环热变形锻造工艺优化和再结晶组织变化进行了预报。通过对镦粗工序的分析,不仅显示了应变场、温度场,而且预报了晶粒度的分布,说明质量预报具有工程意义。同时对开发的环坯复合成形新技术的工艺质量及晶粒度和动态再结晶进行了分析,说明质量预报不仅可以用于质量控制,而且可作为提供新技术开发的依据。
In this paper, based on the thermodynamic simulations and experimental study of the deformation, heat transfer and microstructure coupled with the rigid visco-plastic two-dimensional finite element program and the microscopic simulation principle, the optimization of the forging process and the recrystallization microstructure changes were predicted. Through the upsetting process analysis, not only shows the strain field, temperature field, but also forecast the grain size distribution, indicating that the quality prediction has an engineering significance. At the same time, the technological quality, grain size and dynamic recrystallization of the developed new technology for the ring blanks compound forming are analyzed, which shows that the quality forecast can be used not only for quality control but also as a basis for providing new technology development.
