观察参芪扶正注射液加用磷酸肌酸钠对矽肺合并肺心病、心力衰竭的疗效。选取矽肺合并肺心病、心力衰竭患者46例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组23例。对照组给予止咳、平喘、抗感染、强心、利尿等常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用参芪扶正注射液250ml静脉滴注1次/d,磷酸肌酸钠2.0g入5%葡萄糖100ml静脉滴注1次/d。结果表明,与治疗前比较,治疗组各项观察指标明显改善,心功能提高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示,在矽肺合并肺心病、心力衰竭患者治疗中,参芪扶正注射液和磷酸肌酸钠联合使用能明显改善心肺功能,增强治疗作用,减少不良反应,值得临床推广。
To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection plus sodium creatine phosphate on silicosis with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure. Forty-six patients with silicosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 23 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment of cough, asthma, antiinflammatory, cardiac and diuretic. On the basis of conventional treatment, the patients in the treatment group were given intravenous infusion of Shenqi Fuzheng 250ml once / d, sodium phosphate 2.0g 5% glucose 100ml intravenously 1 / d. The results showed that compared with before treatment, the treatment group significantly improved the various indicators, cardiac function increased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Tip, in patients with silicosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure, the combination of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection and sodium creatine phosphate can significantly improve cardiopulmonary function, enhance the therapeutic effect and reduce adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
