近20～30年来耳显微外科迅速发展,对中耳炎的手术治疗不仅是清除病灶,更重要的是改善听力。因此单纯的乳突根治术相对减少,而大量地作鼓室成形术,由于手术显微镜的应用,因手术造成的面瘫也基本上杜绝。现将本人从1979年7月至1985年6月所做126例(140耳)鼓室成形术小结如下(其中49耳系在浙医大附属二院工作期间所做)。临床资料本组126例(140耳)中,男性77例,女性49例,双耳同时罹患14例。年龄分布:～10岁1例,11～20岁20
Nearly 20 to 30 years, the rapid development of ear microsurgery, surgical treatment of otitis media is not only clear lesions, more importantly, improve hearing.
