作者介绍三种小梁切除术的改良术式。一为小梁切除联合透热凝固;二为小梁切除联合插入小块巩膜;三为小梁切除联合自体结膜下组织植入术,经临床实践证明以第三种术式即小梁切除联合自体结膜下组织植入术疗效最好。兹简介其手术方法如下: 手术开始与通常的小梁切除术相同,然后作以角膜缘为基底的“Π”形巩膜瓣,以2mm环钻切去巩膜静脉窦和小梁,作周边虹膜切除,把长7～9mm,宽4～5mm舌状结膜下组织置于巩膜瓣下,固定之,固定缝线穿经巩膜瓣游离缘、自体结膜下组织和巩膜切口后缘。连续缝合球结膜。
