本实验采用振动孔气溶胶法制备粒径为1~2μm和4~6μm的铀氧化物微粒样品。本工作研制了1套微粒制备装置,采用振动孔气溶胶发生器,将配制好的一定235U丰度的硝酸铀酰/异丙醇溶液,经微粒制备装置制备成单分散固定粒径的铀微粒。通过建立气体载带系统、气溶胶发生器(含干燥柱和气溶胶中和器)、预热管和管式电炉、冷却装置及微粒收集器等分别用于气溶胶微粒的载
In this experiment, uranium oxide particles with particle sizes of 1 ~ 2μm and 4 ~ 6μm were prepared by vibrating hole aerosol method. This work developed a set of microparticle preparation device, the use of vibrating hole aerosol generator, prepared a good 235U abundance of uranyl nitrate / isopropanol solution prepared by the microparticle preparation device into a single dispersion of fixed particle size of uranium particles . Through the establishment of gas carrier system, aerosol generator (including drying column and aerosol neutralizer), preheating tube and tube electric furnace, cooling device and particle collector were used for aerosol particles contained
