随着社会经济的发展,我国人民“要立业先安家”的理念将房屋建筑的建设在经济发展中的作用提升了一个层次,使得房屋建筑的建设越发受到国家和政府的关注。在如今的社会中,房屋建筑行业已经成为社会经济重要的组成部分,其施工质量面对当前社会发展受到越来越高的关注,需要不断地加强。随着科学技术的不断发展,房屋建筑施工的技术也不断得到创新和提高,以适应日益激烈的市场竞争。为了提高房屋建筑的施工质量,应该在其中充分运用最为闲心的房屋建筑施工技术,以保证房屋建筑的安全性和长久的经济效益。本文中对于我国当前运用的房屋建设施工技术的运用现状进行说明,分析其中存在的不足,并提出房屋建筑施工技术的管理方法和当前的创新。
With the development of society and economy, the concept that our people “must establish their own homes first” will elevate the role of housing construction in economic development and make the construction of housing more and more concerned by the state and the government. In today’s society, the housing construction industry has become an important part of society and economy. Its construction quality has been receiving more and more attention in the face of the current social development and needs to be constantly strengthened. With the continuous development of science and technology, the technology of housing construction has been constantly innovated and upgraded to meet the increasingly fierce market competition. In order to improve the quality of housing construction, we should make full use of the most leisurely housing construction technology to ensure the safety of buildings and long-term economic benefits. This paper describes the current status of the application of housing construction technology currently used in our country, analyzes its shortcomings, and puts forward the management methods and current innovations of housing construction technology.
