工会女工委员会是企业单位中联系女工的一个枢纽和桥梁,女性的职工代表着企业发展的坚实的力量,在企业的发展决策中起到很重要的作用。其中的企业工会女工的委员会能够有效的督促企业落实劳动保护制度,并且积极搭建员工之间进行互助交流的平台,建立优秀的女工劳作的环境,不断的为企业的女工谋求新的工作生活,分担女工的工作上的忧虑。还可以为企业的女工进行创新的活动,增强她们工作的凝聚力。由于在当今的形势下,企业的工会女工面临的问题越来越多,这些问题逐渐受到越来越多人的重视,要注重进行引导,逐渐提高企业工会女工的综合的素质。本文通过分析当前企业工会女工在工作中存在的问题,进行分析和讨论得出相关的解决措施,以求更好的促进企业的发展。
