病例1.患儿汤×,男,2岁零2个月,汉族,住址:都江堰市龙溪乡茅亭村,病历号91601,于1991年6月2日入院。 入院前6月始反复发热,贫血,入院前2月,继发腹胀,食少,嗜食烟蒂,盗汗,消瘦,烦躁,渐不能行走,喜左侧俯卧。曾于1990年5月至汶川县棉虎乡羊店村居住三日。T36.7～39℃呈不规则热,重度贫血貌,腹胀拒按,肝下缘在肋下5cm剑下5.5cm,质中硬,边缘锐,巨脾,Hb 30g/L,BPC 75×10~9/L,WBC3.4×10~9/L。骨髓片查见利杜体。
