在普通民用住宅中,水泥踢脚板是普遍被采用的一种。通常做法是用1:2水泥砂浆抹150～200mm 高,厚度比墙面厚7～10mm。但是,近年来由于城镇居民生活水平的不断提高,许多居民在喜迁新居之前都要对室内进行二次装修,若把原水泥踢脚板保留下来不作装修,又与装修后的室内整体环境很不协调,所以,不得不将水泥踢脚板凿掉。这样势必造成大量工料浪费,而且往往使局部墙体遭到一定程度的破坏。
In ordinary residential houses, cement skirting boards are commonly used. The usual practice is to use 1:2 cement mortar to wipe 150 ~ 200mm high, thickness 7 ~ 10mm thicker than the wall. However, due to the continuous improvement of the living standards of urban residents in recent years, many residents have to re-decorate the interior before moving to a new home. If the original cement skirting board is left without decoration, it is incongruous with the indoor environment after renovation. Therefore, we must cut away the cement skirting board. This will inevitably result in the waste of a large amount of work material, and it will often cause partial wall damage.
