我区统配煤矿参加全国煤炭行业投入产出三年总承包的任务已园满完成,打开了我区煤炭工业持续、稳定,健康发展的新局面。后三年继续承包,在深化改革的新形势下揭开了序幕。一月十七日,煤炭厅厅长和乌达、海勃湾,包头三个统配煤矿及宝日希勒煤矿的经营集团代表在呼和浩特正式签订了1988年至1990年的“两包五定”承包合同。签约双方充分估计了后三年承包工作中的困难因素,决心排难前进,争取再上新台阶。
