随着电力需求的增多,电网建设的规模也在不断的扩大。但是,我国目前电力施工项目中的成本管理水平还不高,不能实现对施工项目的全面把控。本文首先给出了电力施工项目成本控制和工程造价管理的主要内容和相关原则,然后建立了成本控制和造价管理的体系结构并对相关模型进行了研究,最后分析了成本控制和造价管理的优化方法。加强电力施工项目的成本控制和工程造价管理对提高电力施工企业的竞争力具有重要的意义。
With the increase of power demand, the scale of power grid construction is also constantly expanding. However, the current level of cost management in power construction projects in our country is not high enough to fully control the construction projects. This paper first gives the main content and related principles of cost control and project cost management in electric power construction project, then establishes the system structure of cost control and cost management and studies the related models. Finally, it analyzes the optimization of cost control and cost management method. To strengthen the cost control of power construction projects and project cost management is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of power construction enterprises.
