高转速是提高金刚石钻进效率的重要措施之一。但却为孔内摩擦阻力所限制。减磨方法有:在钻具上涂复润滑脂,在冲洗液中混入可分散的或可溶性的油类或其他润滑剂等。在漏水或大量涌水地层钻进中,广泛采用涂复法。它明显地降低了钻具与井壁的摩擦阻力。因而钻具的纵向震动、提升或迴转的动力消耗都得到减少,钻具和金刚石钻头的寿命得到提高,利于提高转数和提高钻进效率。但由于油泥易堵孔内环状间隙,污染钻具,防碍起下钻操作,涂复操作也较麻烦,因此在普通不漏不涌水的钻孔中,仍应用混溶法。
