勘探地震工作者多年来曾利用每道安置多个检波器而致力于波数滤波,以便压制干扰波并增强信号。与此相似,在几处同时激发或者以合适的方式对非炸药震源的若干单元加以组合,这种在地震能源的原始位置进行波数滤波也是经常采用的。后面的研究涉及的是接收器(检波器或水中检波器)与发射器,而为简便起见,所用的“检波器”一词,将代表所有种类的接收器和能源。在设计一种合适的检波器组合型式时,可以从各种不同的要求出发。必须加以考虑的有两种。第一种是,一种有限伸展的线性对称检波器组合,应以对一种矩形滤波器能达到最小均方近似这样的方式来确定。该矩形滤波器的期望振幅响应以下式描述:
Over the years, exploration seismologists have been working on wave number filtering by placing multiple detectors per lane, in order to suppress interfering waves and enhance the signal. Similarly, combining several units of a non-explosive dynamite at the same time in several places or in a suitable manner is also frequently used for wave number filtering at the original location of the seismic energy. The latter study deals with receivers (geophones or hydrophones) and transmitters, and for the sake of simplicity, the term “geophones” used will represent all kinds of receivers and energies. In designing a suitable combination of geophones it is possible to start with a variety of different requirements. There are two things that must be considered. The first is that a finite-stretch linear-symmetric detector combination should be determined in such a way that a rectangular filter can achieve a minimum-mean-square approximation. The desired amplitude response of the rectangular filter is described by the following equation:
