最近,云南机械政研会第六次年会在华宁县召开,110名代表出席了会议。会议回眸过去,展望未来,认为,云南机械企业精神文明建设有了很大发展,表现在:思想解放了,文化生活丰富了,教育阵地扩大了,健康水平提高了。但是,影响企业精神文明建设的因素不少,如:理想淡化、道德滑坡、思想困惑、纪律松驰等。会议提出:当前,“两手要硬,贵在真抓”。要克服畏难情绪,见难而上;克服等待思想,主动创新;克服形式主义,多办实事。要依靠理论的力量、榜样的力量、教育的力量、领导的力量,造就一支“四有”职工队伍。要坚持党的领
Recently, the 6th Annual Meeting of Yunnan Mechanical Symposium was held in Huaning County, 110 delegates attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed the past and looked to the future. It believed that there has been a great development in the construction of spiritual civilization in Yunnan Machinery Enterprises. This is manifested in the liberation of thought, the enrichment of cultural life, the expansion of the education front and the improvement of the health level. However, many factors affect the construction of enterprise’s spiritual civilization, such as: desalination, moral decline, ideological confusion, disciplinary relaxation and so on. The meeting raised: At present, “both hands should be hard, you really caught ”. To overcome the fear of difficulty, see the difficulties; overcome waiting for ideas, take the initiative to innovate; to overcome formalism, to do more practical things.
