在现代教育管理领域,有关学校管理和领导的理论一直在不断发展,从科学管理、人本管理到价值领导、道德领导等等但在教育管理的实践过程中,这些理论或模式都显现出各自的局限性。学校作为文化的生产者、传承者,实施文化领导是理论与实践发展的必然趋势。文化领导的实质是学校领导者通过建设和创新学校文化,并运用这种学校文化推动和影响学校的全体成员自觉地履行自身职责,鼓励和促进师生健康、和谐、可持续地发展。
