國務院轉發「關於寒潮大雪後視察災區情况及對今春生產救災工作的意見」的通報一九五五年三月十九日现將內務部「關於寒潮大雪後視察災區情况及對今春生產救災工作的意見」轉發給你們。報告中所提救災工作的缺點應迅即加以檢查糾正,並且在災區應大力做好復堤、排水、搶修農田水利,爭取及時播種和副業生產、救災等工作。希各省根據本省具體情况參照執行。
