本文对208例哮喘儿童进行分区管理并检测其血清IgE、SIL-2R,研究显示,绿区、黄区、红区的IgE均值均高于本院正常值(<400U/ml),分别为668.12±429.29U/ml,962.48±464.47U/ml、1493.03±623.06U/ml,相差有高度显著性(P<0.01),SIL-2R均值绿区和黄区高于本院正常值(<200U/ml),分别为342.08±246.80U/ml、269.84±106.36U/ml,相差有高度显著性(P<0.01),红区虽高于正常值为229.56±60.48U/ml,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示IgE水平与哮喘发病程度呈相关,SIL-2R水平与发病程度呈负相关。
In this study, 208 asthmatic children were divided into districts and tested for serum IgE and SIL-2R. The IgE mean values in the green zone, yellow zone and red zone were all higher than those of normal hospital (<400U / ml), which were 668.12 (P <0.01). The average SIL-2R green zone and yellow zone were higher than the normal values of this hospital (<200U / ml) ml), respectively, 342.08 ± 246.80U / ml, 269.84 ± 106.36U / ml, the difference was highly significant (P <0.01), although the red zone was higher than the normal value of 229.56 ± 60.48U / ml, no significant difference P> 0.05). It suggested that the level of IgE was correlated with the severity of asthma and the level of SIL-2R was negatively correlated with the severity of the disease.
