草莓(Fragaria xananassa)为多年生常绿草本植物。其果实鲜味美,营养丰富。除鲜食外,还可加工制成草莓酱、草莓酒、草莓汁等,并且是夏季冷饮的极佳原科。果实经速冻,可较长期保鲜。 厦门是草莓种植新区。为了从已引进的众多品种中筛选出产量高、品质优、抗逆性强,且适宜本地区种植的品种,我们从1986年11月至1987年7月进行了草莓品种比较试验。试验结果表明,日本品种宝交早生表现为丰产,品质优良,越夏能力较强,可推荐为本地区的主栽品种之一。
Fragaria xananassa is a perennial evergreen herb. The fruit is delicious, nutritious. In addition to fresh food, but also processed into strawberry jam, strawberry wine, strawberry juice, etc., and is an excellent summer cold drinks in the original section. Frozen fruits can be more long-term preservation. Xiamen is a strawberry growing area. In order to select the varieties with high yield, good quality and strong resistance from the introduced varieties, and suitable for planting in this area, we conducted a comparative experiment on strawberry varieties from November 1986 to July 1987. The results showed that the Japanese breed Baojiao early life showed high yield, good quality, strong ability to summer, can be recommended as one of the main cultivars in the region.
