The Antarctic ice sheet contains about 31.3 million cubic kilometers of snow and if it all melts, global sea level will rise by 66 meters. Therefore, the study of polar paleoclimate environment has become the focus of current geosciences. In the past ten years or more, the research has made rapid progress, and the research precision has been changed from qualitative to quantitative, from the precise time scale of one million years to the millenium or even a century-old scale. The Antarctic plate was disconnected from the South American plate 34 million years ago. The formation of the circular ocean currents and the westerly belts largely isolated the heat exchange between the Antarctic continent and the middle and low latitudes,
