曾经在一次教研组活动中,探讨教学经验,大家都说道“你们在课上遇到过什么困惑吗?”教学经验尚浅的我马上就想到了在课堂上,只有部分学生能够认真听课,其他学生都在做着自己的事情,但是在语数外老师的课上确是鸦雀无声,丝毫不敢开小差,这个问题一提出,引来众多老师的同感。在课堂上我也发现,许多孩子在听到老师的表扬后,会更加卖力更加认真地对待课堂。我在课后问过几个孩子:“你喜欢上美术课吗?”“喜欢”“你为什么喜欢美术课啊?”“因为老师夸我画的画好,而且我觉得美术课好玩,所以我喜欢美术课。”
