通过对比哈萨克斯坦СНРК2.04-29-2005《建筑物及其设施雷击防护设备说明》与中国GB50057-2010《建筑物防雷设计规范》,得出了两国设计规范在指导思想、建筑物防雷要求分类、雷电防护措施及材质等方面的差异。在指导思想方面,哈国规范以传统IEC 61024-1993《建筑物防雷》和法国NFC17-1995《建筑物防雷》为基础编制,中国规范则以IEC 62305-2010《雷电防护》为基础编制。在建筑物防雷要求分类方面,两国的确定方法基本相同,但是在取值计算方面,中国规范的数值较为严格。在雷电防护措施及材质方面,哈国在接闪器的形式选择和布置方面更倾向于在油气站场采用独立接闪杆进行防护,而在防雷接地材料规格的选择上普遍低于中国标准。对于这个差别,在控制工程投资时应当引起注意。
By comparing Kazakhstan СНРК2.04-29-2005 “Description of lightning protection equipment for buildings and installations” and China GB50057-2010 “Lightning Protection Design Code for Buildings”, the author concludes that the two countries’ Ray requirements classification, lightning protection measures and material differences. In terms of guiding ideology, the norms of Kazakhstan are based on the traditional “Building Lightning Protection” of IEC 61024-1993 and “Lightning Protection of Buildings” of France NFC17-1995, while the Chinese Code is based on “Lightning Protection” of IEC 62305-2010 . In the category of lightning protection requirements of buildings, the determination methods of the two countries are basically the same, but the values of the Chinese norms are more stringent in terms of value calculation. In terms of lightning protection measures and materials, Kazakhstan is more inclined to adopt independent lightning rods for protection and selection of lightning receptors in the form selection and layout of lightning receptors, while generally lower than the Chinese standards in lightning protection grounding material specifications . For this difference, attention should be paid when controlling project investment.
