机坪加油管网系统是飞机加油作业的重要设施,而加油栓井的布局规划和运行管理是否科学、经济、实用,则直接影响加油系统的安全和高效运行。基于此,收集整理了布置加油栓井时需要遵循的相关规范和安全准则,结合新型低高度管道加油车的结构特点,绘制了加油车地井胶管伸展域渐开线并初步确定了加油栓井可选域。利用CAD设计法对单一机型机位和多机型机位的加油栓井可选域进行了研究,综合考虑加油员的劳动强度及现场定位的便捷性,依据飞机外形参数推测了共用机位能够使用的机型和需要单独设置机位的机型,同时给出了各类机位上加油栓井可选域的确定方法和量化模型,为新建和扩建机场停机坪的加油栓井布局及计算机辅助优化设计提供了依据。
